Shipping Policy:

Purchases will be shipped via USPS from Conyers, GA  You can expect your purchase to arrive within 3-7 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge, we can get your item to you in 1-4 business days.

 

Please note the following : 

 

• The shipping and handling cost is based on a flat rate.

• Free shipping on all orders over $25

• Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order.

• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

Returns Policy:

Please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please be certain to review your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you received an incorrect item, you must notify us via email or in writing within 5 days from the date you received your order.

Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received as long as the items are unused. If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method. Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return.

 

Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

 

Order Cancellation and Changes:

We do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us immediately and mention your order number.
